Most of the world is now aware of the horrific tragedy that struck the
Gulf Coast area on August 29th, 2005. It was one of the worst natural
disasters to affect the United States in recorded history. Wide spread
destruction and flooding stranded and killed. Many people were
evacuated and escaped safely, but thousands of others were not able to
reach safety in time.
We would ask all of us to do whatever we can to help suffering victims.
There are so many children, infants, and elderly people who need
immediate attention. I speak for the entire userfriendly.net admin team
when I say that our hearts are with everyone who has been affected by
this terrible natural disaster.
We are asking everyone who is willing and able, to help grief stricken
people in this moment of genuine need. Here are a few worthy causes:
